In the past Ciera was a student at Chelsea Community Hospital School, at its Royal Brompton Hospital site. She then went on to study film at the University of Greenwich, and also worked in social media for both the hospitality and charity industries. Ciera now brings this wealth of experience to our Well at School team, particularly working with our social media platforms.

Lauren has been teaching Science and Maths at Chelsea Community Hospital school since 2023 after teaching in mainstream schools for 7 years. She  works with the Well at School team to support in the development of content that supports teaching students who face challenges with their mental health.

Marie works with young people with a diverse range of medical conditions. The conditions range from simple to extremely complex and having a knowledge of these can help aid our understanding of the young people who pass through our schools.

Martin has taught music to students with a wide range of needs and abilities at Chelsea Community Hospital School for over 20 years. He also develops websites and leads projects that integrate digital and creative arts within the school. Since 2010, he has contributed to the Well at School project, working with teachers, healthcare professionals and students to develop the online resource
